Michelle Wang Goodridge

Global Commercial Strategy Leader, Infectious Diseases & Vaccines

Michelle Wang Goodridge is the Global Commercial Strategy Leader for Infectious Diseases & Vaccines (ID&V). Michelle is responsible for building and maximizing the value of the ID&V pipeline and marketed assets. She joined Johnson & Johnson in 1997, and has worked in the marketing, sales and business development divisions of the company, most recently serving as US President of the Janssen Neuroscience business.

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Michelle held various roles at McNeil Consumer Healthcare including Vice President, U.S. Marketing for the Pain, Upper Respiratory and Digestive Health franchises. She also served as Vice President of Marketing & New Platforms for Wellness & Prevention, Inc., and worked for Procter & Gamble in Contract Manufacturing.

Michelle holds an Masters in Business Administration from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
