      Partnering with patient organisations
Today, it’s more important than ever that we partner with patient organisations as a key stakeholder to affect real change in support of unmet patient needs across the UK healthcare ecosystem.

Our dedicated Johnson & Johnson Patient Engagement & Advocacy team support and partner with patient organisations across the disease areas we operate in, working together to advocate from the patient perspective, aligned behind a common goal: to ensure the best patient care and outcomes.
      Our partnership focus
Our UK Patient Engagement and Advocacy strategy is two-fold:

Access to care and solutions – We work together with patient organisations to address the unmet needs of patients. We advocate for the policies and pathways that will allow patients to receive the care and solutions they need, when and where they need them.

Patient-centricity – We connect with patient organisations, patients and caregivers, to ensure that the patient voice is heard and understood throughout Johnson & Johnson. The lived experience of patients inspires and informs the decisions we make and the actions we take.

      How we manage our partnerships
At Johnson & Johnson, we are committed to ensuring that these relationships and partnerships proceed within a principled framework of mutual respect, integrity and transparency for the benefit of patients, in line with the Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) Code of Practice.

Further information on the Code is available from the ABPI.
