      Our presence in Ireland

Johnson & Johnson’s connection with Ireland began in 1935, marking the start of a long and proud heritage. Since then, we have grown significantly, expanding our operations to become a key player in both the Innovative Medicine and MedTech segments. Today, our Irish workforce numbers more than 6,000 people 1, contributing to our mission of advancing health for everyone, everywhere.

Our Irish operations span ten sites across five counties—Cork, Dublin, Limerick, Galway, and Mayo—and play a significant role in Johnson & Johnson’s global success. These sites encompass research and development, manufacturing, shared services, and commercial operations that ensure patients in Ireland and beyond can access our life-saving medicines.
